1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern all sales made through the website www.theiamoonclothes.com, operated by:

Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products


The products offered for sale are clothing and accessories under the Theia Moon brand.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. However, slight variations may occur depending on screens, lighting, and production batches.

3. Prices


Prices displayed on the website vary depending on the customer’s location and are shown in the appropriate currency.

3.1. Customers within the European Union


Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, applied according to the delivery country.

3.2. Customers outside the European Union


Prices are displayed excluding taxes (net prices).
Local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or administrative charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility, especially at delivery.

3.3. Changes


ICLC Academy GmbH reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders


To place an order, the customer must:

  • Select a product and add it to the cart
  • Provide personal and delivery information
  • Choose a payment method
  • Accept the GTC
  • Confirm the order

The order becomes final once payment is validated.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of fraud, payment issues, or exceptional stock unavailability.

5. Payment


Payments are fully secured and processed by certified providers:

  • Shopify Payments
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna (where available)

Theia Moon does not store any banking information.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery times


Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination.

6.2. Shipping fees


Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

6.3. Delays and risks


We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (customs, carrier issues, etc.).

Products remain under the responsibility of ICLC Academy GmbH until delivered to the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 Days)


In accordance with European law, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

The period begins upon receipt of the products.

Returned products must:

  • be unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • in perfect condition,
  • in their original packaging,
  • with all tags intact.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Refunds


Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days, excluding bank processing times.

Initial shipping costs are refunded only when legally required.

9. Exchanges


Exchanges are possible within the limits of available stock.

10. Legal guarantees


The customer benefits from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity,
  • the guarantee against hidden defects.

ICLC Academy GmbH commits to replacing or refunding any product confirmed to have a defect.

Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Intellectual property


All website content (texts, images, logos, videos, design elements) is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of liability


ICLC Academy GmbH cannot be held liable for:

  • improper use of the products,
  • delivery delays beyond its control,
  • technical issues on the website,
  • cases of force majeure.

14. Applicable law


These GTC are governed by German law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent jurisdiction shall be that of the registered office of ICLC Academy GmbH.

16. The Habit Maker book


The Habit Maker website may showcase and recommend the Habit Maker book. However, the book is not sold directly on our website.

Purchases are made exclusively through third-party platforms such as:

  • Amazon
  • Barnes & Noble
  • Porchlight
  • Bookshop.org
  • Books-A-Million

As a result:

  • The terms and conditions, return policies, refund rules, and delivery conditions of these third-party platforms apply.
  • ICLC Academy GmbH does not handle any part of the purchasing, shipping, billing, or returns processes related to the book.
  • Any issue related to a book purchase must be addressed directly to the platform where the book was bought.

17. Habit Maker Pro application


The Habit Maker website may provide a download link to the Habit Maker Pro application. However, the application is not sold or downloaded directly from our website.

The application is made available via third-party distribution platforms (such as the App Store, Google Play, or others). The terms of use, billing rules, and policies of such platforms apply.

ICLC Academy GmbH:

  • does not process purchases related to the app,
  • does not manage payments, subscriptions, or downloads from app stores,
  • cannot be held responsible for technical issues, availability, or limitations of third-party platforms.
