1. Scope of this policy


This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.theiamoonclothes.com, operated by :

It complements our Terms of Sale.

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies exclusively to Theia Moon products. The Habit Maker book and the Habit Maker Pro application are not sold through our website, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded through our customer service. All return and refund requests for these external products must be handled directly with the third-party platforms where the purchase was made (such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, App Store, Google Play, etc.).

2. Return period


We offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

This 30-day period does not affect your legal consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers within the European Union (see section 7).

3. Return eligibility conditions


To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in the same condition as when received,
  • not have been worn, washed, or damaged,
  • include all original tags,
  • be returned in its original packaging, where possible,
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused

4. How to initiate a return


To start a return:

1. Email us at: theiamoon.clothes@gmail.com

2. Include:

  • your name,
  • your order number,
  • the product(s) concerned,
  • the reason for the return (optional but helpful).

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • the return address,
  • detailed instructions on how to send back your package.

Important: any parcel returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

5. Return shipping costs


Return shipping is completely free.

A prepaid return label will be provided once your request has been approved.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items


Please check your order upon delivery.

In case of:

  • a defective item,
  • a damaged item,
  • an incorrect product received,

contact us as soon as possible at: theiamoon.clothes@gmail.com

We may request:

  • a photo of the item,
  • a photo of the defect,
  • the order number.

We will do our best to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal (EU Customers)


In accordance with European regulations, customers located in the European Union have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, without justification.

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the package.

To exercise this right, simply send a request to: theiamoon.clothes@gmail.com

Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as standard returns (unworn, unwashed, tags intact, etc.).

Returns under this right are also free of charge.

8. Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you:

  • whether the return has been accepted or refused,
  • and, if accepted, the amount to be refunded.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order,
  • within 10 business days, excluding bank processing times.

Initial shipping costs are refunded only in cases required by law (for example, a full return within the right of withdrawal).

9. Exchanges


We do not offer automatic exchanges.

If you need another size or a different item:

  • complete a return (free of charge) using the procedure above,
  • place a new order for the desired item.

10. Non-returnable items


Sale items remain eligible for returns in accordance with European law, as long as they meet our return conditions (new condition, unworn, tags intact).

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

11. Unusually long delay


If more than 15 business days have passed since you received confirmation of your refund but it does not appear in your account:
