Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website www.theiamoonclothes.com, operated by ICLC Academy GmbH, Landgraben 5, 60388 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders of Theia Moon products. The Habit Maker book and the Habit Maker Pro application are not sold or shipped through our website. All purchases and deliveries related to these products are handled solely by third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, App Store, Google Play, etc.) under their own terms and conditions.

1. Shipping areas


We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • Germany
  • European Union
  • International (excluding Switzerland)

We do not currently ship to: Switzerland

This destination will not available at checkout.

2. Delivery times and shipping fees


Delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the carrier, peak seasons, and the destination country.

🇩🇪 Germany

  • Standard: 2–4 business days — €4.99
  • Express: 1–2 business days — €9.99
  • Free shipping for orders over €150

Carrier: DPD


🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard: 2–8 business days — €4.99
  • Express: 1–4 business days — €9.99

Carriers: GLS AT, Hive International Mix


International (outside the EU and excluding Switzerland)

  • Standard: approx. 7 business days — €5.99

Carriers: Hive International Mix

3. Order tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email,
  • your tracking number,
  •  a tracking link provided by the carrier.

Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to appear in the system.

4. Order processing


Orders are prepared and shipped:

  • Monday to Friday,
  • excluding public holidays in Germany.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), an additional delay of 4–6 business days may apply.

5. International orders (outside the EU)


For international deliveries:

  • import taxes,
  • customs duties,
  • or administrative carrier fees

may apply depending on the customer’s country regulations.


These fees are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Returns remain free of charge.

6. Incorrect or incomplete address


If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • delivery may be delayed,
  • or the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional fees may be charged for reshipment.

Please double-check your information before completing your order.

7. Missing, lost or stolen packages


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

1. Check with neighbours or your usual delivery location

2. Contact the carrier directly

3. If the parcel is still not found, contact us at: theiamoon.clothes@gmail.com

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

8. Christmas orders

For guaranteed delivery before December 25th, we recommend placing your order before December 18th.

Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
